Link building is the key to search engine optimization
Do link exchanges ( back links ) still work?
Surely the search engines have figured this out and adjusted their algorithms to degrade the value of these links or even penalize the rankings of sites peticipating in link exchanges for ranking purposes. After all, this practice defeats the purpose of identifing sites that have true popularity based on the merits of the site.
